gilir.Practice queue

Fictional demo · not valid for a visit.

How to try this sample.

Three administrative steps make one sample ticket. It is a design study: the ticket is valid nowhere.

  1. Choose a service

A general visit, a dental visit or administration. They are lane names only, with nothing said about what happens there.

  2. Choose a sample slot

Sample session 01 has three half-hour slots. There is no date, no quota and no “full”.

  3. Make the ticket

The ticket copies your choice. Save it as text or print it; changing the choice later leaves a ticket already made as it was, until you make it again.

What the lanes and numbers mean

General visit
A-014
Dental visit
B-008
Administration
C-003

Each lane has one fixed sample number for sample session 01. It never counts up and is not unique: two slots in the same lane give the same number, and so does another browser. It says nothing about a place in line or a waiting time.

What is kept, and how to clear it

One choice and at most one ticket, kept as IDs in this browser’s storage under collection-gilir-queue-v1. No name, phone number, date of birth or other personal or health data; nothing is sent.

Clear draft on My ticket removes both. A TXT file or a print you already made stays where you put it.

Where the sample stops

Gilir is connected to no practice and no queue system, and shares nothing between visitors. A real practice would need its own hours, its own queue and a way to call numbers, agreed and built separately.
